Consultations

Phone Consults

With appropriate permission, Terry Wilke, LCSW will consult with collateral sources such as teachers, coaches, day care providers, pediatricians, primary care physicians, speech therapists, or other specialist providers. These consultations may be for the purposes of assessment or to coordinate a solution focused treatment plan. Although at times, it is necessary to give a diagnosis, Terry strives to avoid “labels” and instead focuses on strengths and tools that help.

Terry Wilke, LCSW is also available for brief phone consults with clients as needed. There is no fee for brief 15-minute or less phone consults. More extensive consults will require a fee.

Off-Site Consults

Terry is also available on occasion to attend a child’s school for a classroom observation or participate in an IEP (Individual Education Program) meeting. These are not insurance covered benefits and would be fee-for-service on an hourly fee basis only.
